The AIO GODSEND! First and Foremost I would like to thank Mr.Bobby Green, what an absolute professional, which is refreshing when dealing with Mortgage Finance. Bobby was there from the initail conversation which also included a home visit to insure our understanding of the AIO. Bobby took to the time to patiently answer questions and provide better understanding with real life examples. This is truly customer service on another level in today’s world, Thank you Bobby. The AIO Loan, once you grasp the concept you just can’t unsee it. This was happenstance while researching a path to lessen our outrageous interest on a 30yr Mortgage , for the need of those dollars would assist in paying for medical cost for a severe diagnosis. I found the CMG AIO Loan, huh, working in the Engineering field Skepticism and the “to good to be true” adage became the mantra, and of course several hundred questions along with numerous work sheets. Well, I had to call, had to hear the sales pitch, then I could finally summarize I was right that this couldn’t be possible. “WRONG” when contact was made with Bobby Green and to my amazement it was like talking to an old friend, no pressure, no sales pitch, just a simple explanation with examples, and facts. The number one fact being “ it’s just math it’s not magic” I would like to reiterate “once you grasp the concept” there could be a slight moment of anger flash over, when you think of how much richer you have made the your current Bank. Now with the AIO Loan I can apply every dollar to my mortgage every dollar, and those same dollars are still available to me at anytime needed, including the Equity in the home without having an additional loan payment and of course interest to the Bank. Excitement will ensue once you see your 30yr Mortgage will be paid in full in my case 6.5 YEARS. P.S Sure wish I had found this opportunity 10yrs earlier.
