Bob Suarez is one of the most solid, generous, understanding, and knowledgeable realtors you could ever have. I can’t say enough good things about him without making it sound fake, but I assure you he’s real! He stood up for us in moments that I didn’t even know we needed to stand our ground on and especially in moments where I really didn’t want to “make a fuss” he assured us that we were indeed not doing that and he would raise the issue for us. Bob held our hands through every moment, even when there was a period in the process where there was nothing to report he reached out to let us know that we hadn’t missed anything, this is normal, and that things were going well. I cannot imagine having anyone else with us during our first home buying experience and we will never EVER use anyone but Bob. He is persistant and tenacious but will make you feel calm and confident throughout. Even if I thought it was a “silly” question or if I was a little confused about something about ANY part of the process, Bob would reach out immediately and either walk me through it without being patronizing or reassure me.
