Best I’ve ever worked with and I have bought and sold a lot of real estate in my 70 years . His research of the market and pricing of my property was right on what he said he could probably sell it for and he did. Got closed flawlessly and I made it difficult because Neither I nor my wife could be present . He should be teaching real estate from my experience with other realtors. Thank you thank you Bob!
