I have bought and sold 7 homes so far in my life and am happy to recommend Bob Bittelari as the best Real Estate agent I have ever worked with, In a high pressure situation due to limited time constraints, Bob performed effectively and professionally in all aspects of a difficult transaction,Having to sell the home our family lived in for 67 years in Massachusetts as quickly as possible and return to Georgia to manage important family matters ,i solicited help from cousins in the Boston area. Bob Bittelari was the recommendation and i am very glad he was.
After leaving Bob a phone message, he responded quickly and the next day we met at the house, His knowledge and guidance on the local housing market was right on the money and the price considerably higher than i imagined coming from Georgia,He suggested a price range and plan to sell, Pictures for the listing. including arial drone views, were completed and the house listed in days, An open house scheduled, a lawyer arranged who, with limited power of attorney, could execute the closing remotely. At the end of three weeks we had several above asking offers to choose from.
Moving to the second phase of the project, Bob negotiated the deal with the buyers, recommended U Call We Haul to clean out 67 years worth of accumulated junk and a cleaning service to get the house spic and span for the new owners.
Overall from first contact to closing 35 days. The best part, with minimal drama. An accurate plan laid out, adjusted as needed and executed. A result that completely blew away any expectations we had,Through this all Bob provided true expertise in a calm, friendly, confidant manner. it was a pleasure to work with Bob and we give him the highest recommendation possible, best regardsChris and Dan Lynch
