I can not give Bob enough praise. He helped me each step of the way in my search for a home on the water. And while ultimately I decided to build a custom home, he was instrumental there. He helped guide me each step of the way in the process and helped me save money, even finding a couple of mistakes in the building contract. Don't let anyone tell you you don't need an agent for a custom home. That's a builder talking. Bob puts his clients first. Five solid stars for Bob.
