Billie is an excellent agent with great local knowledge of the area! She listed a piece of property for us in the "off season" (cold Montana winter!) and sold it within weeks. The sale of our specific piece of property was somewhat complicated (lots of back & forth coming to terms) and she negotiated effectively and fairly throughout the process. She was always patent and great to work with! We would highly recommend her!
