Bill is very easy to work with. He explained everything and answered all our questions throughout the process. He stayed accessible when we called him after hours and on weekends. The quality that we like best is that Bill made the process as stress-free as possible. He did not rush us to get ready to sell, even when we needed to delay our date to put the house in the market.
