Bill is a longtime friend of ours so naturally we chose him to be our broker, but we did not realize the full extent of his professionalism and experience until some issues came up that he handled efficiently and wisely, always with our best interests in mind. He truly advocated for us at a level that was above and beyond. He kept us well-informed at every step, always asked for our feedback, explained the complicated paperwork and gave excellent advice. It is proof of his expertise that because of his excellent marketing we had a great offer within days! I would recommend him again in a heartbeat. He really looks out for his clients!
