Bill came highly recommended by a friend in a similar situation, i.e. marketing the home of elderly parents no longer living in the property. Bill was patient with the process we were going through in emptying the house and was amazingly professional and trustworthy--even made a recommendation that was not entirely in his best financial interest where it made the most sense in our situation. Just a great experience. Again Bill was patient but did not lose contact and made me a true believer that using a realtor, and him in particular, was the wisest choice.
