As we were preparing our move to Providence, we decided to visit a few open houses on our own, and we met Bethany at one she was covering. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and she followed up with us soon after in a way that made us feel like she was genuinely interested in helping us find our new home. When we started working with Bethany in earnest, she listened to our wish list (and deal-breakers, too!) and took us to see a handful of houses. She quickly formed a solid understanding of what we were looking for, and her knowledge of the housing market really made a difference in helping us navigate the listings. Her guidance and insight were indispensable through the entire process— she answered our questions thoughtfully, always made time for us, listened to our concerns without judgement, committed herself to finding us a house we'd love, and she represented us to sellers in good faith. We really came to trust Bethany as our agent. And she managed to make what most consider a nerve-wracking process tons of fun. She's a Providence native, so it was delightful to learn about our new city through Bethany's extensive knowledge of the area, its neighborhoods, and its history. We have since found a house we love, closed on it, and are preparing to move in, and we know that Bethany is someone with whom we're looking forward to keeping in touch. We hope other buyers are as fortunate with their agent as we were in working with her. Highly recommend!
