Our home needed a major facelift to sell well, and thanks to the recommendation from a friend, we may have ended up with the best realtor in Virginia. Beth Goldsmith led the renovation on our tired property after we had moved out of state; she coordinated all the subs, constantly kept up great communication, designed a beautiful reno that touched all surfaces in the house, and did it without breaking the bank. If we had sold the house as it was, we would have lost money on the deal, but even with the reno and carrying costs, we made over asking and were able to purchase our new home while still making a profit. Her knowledge of real estate in general and of the Richmond area in particular is top-notch. We can't recommend Beth highly enough.
