Beth was so great to work with while selling our house that we decided to utilize her services when purchasing a new house as well. During the selling process, Beth was great at keeping a steady flow of traffic through the house. She provided great marketing materials and priced the house well. When we did get the right offer, Beth handled the negotiations and we got our asking price for the house. We saw many (many many) houses when trying to find the right one to buy. Beth was extremely patient. Most importantly, she was knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a home - including warning signs to look for. Many times she pointed out hidden issues that we would not normally have considered. Ultimately we found the right house and once again Beth handled all the negotiations expertly. I hope we'll be in our new house for a while, but if we do move we'll be calling Beth again.
