Beth is absolutely amazing! We worked with both her and Catherine Stewart in her office and had an incredibly smooth experience. Beth and Catherine have a wealth of knowledge about the area, and it really showed throughout the process. We bought in the toughest market in recent memory, and they stuck with us through some crazy negotiations amongst as many as 20 competing bids. Beth’s experience and Catherine’s tenacity gave us an obvious leg-up on the competition and their attention to detail saved us a substantial amount at the closing table, which we didn’t think was even possible in a total seller’s market. On top of that the entire team at the Long & Foster office (Financing, insurance, etc) assisted and made our first-time home buying experience easy. Thank you!!
