Since becoming Realtors®, we have helped over 400 families sell or buy a home in the areas that I service. We primarily work in Cherokee, Forsyth, North Fulton and North Cobb counties, in all price ranges from a first time home buyer to million dollar homes. For sellers, we provide constant communication regarding feedback from their showings. Mike and I guide them through the process from the first day we meet until the day the house closes. Staging advice, professional photography, extensive online marketing, single property websites, feedback from showings, and more are provided. Buyer clients received detailed information about the negotiation process and what to expect. Guides regarding home owners associations, flood zones, buying foreclosures and more are provided. Both buyers and sellers have a pool of trusted vendors from carpenters to home inspectors that are recommended based on past experiences. We provide strong verbal communication, negotiation skills, and exceptional customer service.
