Bessie was recommended to us and is a 5/5 star real estate agent. She listened to what we were looking for in a lake property, took the time to show us many properties over a month’s time, and was very responsive throughout the whole process. Once we signed a buy/sell agreement, she summarized all date sensitive items in a very helpful email and was willing to meet the inspector at the home along with facilitating communication to the title company. We closed on the property 35 days from initial offer to closing and Bessie was a big part of making that happen! We are incredibly pleased with her professional acumen and highly recommend her to anyone in the market for buying or selling a home!
