We initially listed our apartment ourselves. After that didn’t work out we listed with an agent for 6 months who brought us no serious offers. Feeling frustrated we called Sarah and Bernice and their team after they were personally referred to us. They were informative, direct and helpful from the minute we met. After marketing our home for just ONE month we were in contract at our asking price!
