We are incredibly grateful to have had Bernadette as our real estate agent during the purchase of our new construction home. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond—not only guiding us through the buying process, but also helping resolve complex issues with the bank, the developer, and the design center. Bernadette was always responsive, detail-oriented, and tenacious. She stayed on top of every deadline and was never afraid to step in and advocate for us when things got complicated. Whether it was clarifying loan conditions, helping us navigate design selections, or making sure builder commitments were followed through, she was there every step of the way with patience, professionalism, and care. Her experience with new construction was evident, and her dedication gave us peace of mind through what could have been a stressful process. Thanks to her, we not only got the home we wanted, but we also felt fully supported and protected throughout the journey. We would recommend Bernadette without hesitation to anyone buying a new home—especially those going through the challenges of new construction. She’s more than an agent—she’s a true advocate.
