It wouldn't let me pick BOTH, I bought and sold a house with Ben Kramer. He did a wonderful job for me with both of these. Can not say enough about how good he did for me in ALL aspects of the process in buying and selling my houses. I was so impressed with everything he knew about to help in any way he could. I would tell anyone to use this guy as their agent. He is the BEST.
