This was the second time we used Becky Martin as our realtor. Our first experience was as a buyer. We had a very specific criteria for the home we wanted. She worked tirelessly and patiently with us to find the perfect match at the perfect price. We love our new home. And did I mention her patience? We looked at everything and asked every question possible. I would have fired us as clients but she was always understanding and upbeat. Our second experience was as a seller. She managed everything and found a buyer who gave us full asking price. We signed a few things via email and showed up at closing to sign and collect a check. That's it. She did everything else for us. I would recommend Becky to anyone who needs a great realtor. She is a gem.
