Barrick was amazing to work with and we could have never done this without him. He sold our house 26 hours after listing for 17% over asking. And he served as the project manager for the repairs and improvements he said we'd need to get the best price. That included painting the interior and exterior, laying down new floors, carpentry, and landscaping. He found the vendors for all this and coordinated their work while we were out of town. When we first met, he said we'd have the best listing on offer the week we list, and he was right. Barrick does what he says, and we were so happy to trust him with this whole process.
