We called our agent that day when we saw the listing come on the market.  She was able to show us the property that same evening.  We put in an offer and she followed through for almost 2 weeks after we got an excepted offer.  The transaction went very smoothly from there and we are very happy with our purchase. It was extremely nice business situation.
