Barbara Dunn has just led me, with grace and ease through the many phases of purchasing the condo of my dreams. This was a long distance move from Long Island, N.Y. From the moment we connected, via my viewing a condo at Pelican Cove and her responding, Barbara was always there to help me with every detail, from locating moving companies, helping to sign me up for new electrical service, viewing each condo of my interest before my trip to purchase; even to the extent of helping me to choose a realtor on Long Island, which was a winning choice. Barbara’s expertise, patience, positive spirit, and excellent perception of my needs was beyond compare. I could not be more pleased with the services this excellent lady has provided me to help me find my home in Sarasota. Nancy Arnzen Sarasota, FL. 34231
