Barb Shay. Is simply the best. Her knowledge and expertise was the deciding factor in obtaining our home. She laid out the strategies and tactics. When the situation changed we deployed her advice. The next day the seller accepted our offer. It was a short window of opportunity and we were able to jump through that window. THANKS Barb. Peace-Al and Su Foster
