I worked with Ark when I sold my condo at Yonge/Sheppard. He was very enthusiastic and excited about his work. Ark began by booking showtimes with similar units around the area so that I could get an understanding of the market and position my unit accordingly. He helped me clean and stage my place and capture highlight photos for the posting. During the process he was very open to my feedback and made sure I was happy at the end of the day.
