AnnaMaria O’Brien, Curasi Realty, Inc. Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, CNE, GRI, CBR, LSS, SRS, CCE, SFR I have been a licensed realtor in New York since 2000 working primarily in the beautiful Hudson Valley area. I began my real estate career with Century 21, and in 2006, I moved to Curasi Realty, Inc., which is privately owned. Excellence in service is what I strive for when working with buyers and sellers. Each real estate transaction is unique, and respect for my clients is of the utmost importance. Our motto at Curasi Realty is: Strength, Integrity, Results. I know that a real estate transaction is one of the largest purchases for most of us, and that is why my clients’ needs has and will always be my number one priority above all. Whether I list or sell a property, my main objective is to deliver quality of service, knowledge of my market and superior professionalism. My real estate business stems from a large circle of influence such as referrals from past clients, friends, family, office leads, relocations (military and non-military) and a huge amount of repeat business. I am grateful and fortunate to say that I have very loyal clients who recognize and appreciate my past performance, work ethics, and extensive knowledge of real estate in the residential, commercial, leasing and land areas of real estate. I have been amongst the Top 10 in my firm on a consistent basis and I have received many awards throughout the years. I am a member of Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR). I received my Brokers license in 2008 and am currently an Associate Broker. I enjoy being a “team player” as I mentor new agents and take them under my wing. There is a great sense of pride in mentoring new agents and watching them blossom and succeed into great real estate professionals. In addition, I am a trainer at Curasi Realty, and I give monthly training classes to new agents, and seasoned agents who wish to review and sharpen their skills. The ability to pass my many years of real estate experience has allowed me to grow and understand my role as a real estate professional. I am involved through Curasi Realty in a few charitable organizations. These include Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), volunteer with colleagues at The Salvation Army, World Autism Awareness Day (WAAD) Light It Up Blue. I appeared in an episode of HGTV House Hunters with my buyers (season 165, episode 7), air date June 10, 2019 “Seeking Space In Walden”. Born in Italy, I came to NYC with my parents when I was two years old. I speak fluently in three languages; English, Italian and Spanish. We had a great experience using Curasi and specifically our Realtor® Ann who was on top of all our requests. I highly recommend Curasi and Ann for anyone looking to purchase a home. She was very quick to get us showings and very helpful throughout our whole process.
