we are very happy we chose Ann Marie Leonard for our real estate agent, she was very professional and always gave is us input from both sides of the coin as to making a better decision on each and every question that came to pass. Her assessment of our properties to get a listing price was spot on and we were at the end of the covid frenzy for real estate sales, but both our properties moved quicker than expected, and this was due to her ability to judge the market and advise us. Best realtor i have work with in a very long time. Very personable, which to me was great, in the real estate business this is very important, and most agents don't have this. She is the best of the best!!!!
