We’ve worked with Anna on multiple transactions, and she’s always been fantastic. She’s patient, collaborative and never hesitates to show us as many homes as we’d like to see before making a decision. Unfortunately, this last purchase was tainted by the opposing realtor who, due to a simple misunderstanding, demonstrated horribly unprofessional behavior. This was in addition to having demonstrated less than positive negotiation tactics during our due diligence. Anna continued to do her best to try and turn a sour experience back to a positive, joyful one, which is what a home purchase is meant to be.
