Angela brings a rare combination of practical real estate experience, business acumen and genuine enthusiasm for helping people make important decisions about home. Her experience as a property investor, along with previous roles as a referral agent and agent support coordinator, gives her a well-rounded understanding of real estate and the ability to approach every transaction with focus, patience and careful attention to her clients' needs. A good listener with an intuitive understanding of what buyers are seeking, Angela appreciates that a home is both a significant investment and the setting for everyday life and lasting memories. For sellers, she combines local market knowledge with strong marketing skills and Turpin's extensive resources to position and present properties professionally and effectively. She was initially introduced to Turpin while working with one of the firm's agents on investment properties and was impressed by the company's professionalism, collaborative culture and commitment to its clients. Additionally, Angela's earlier career in corporate supply chain management and experience as a business owner sharpened skills that serve her clients every day, including negotiation, logistics, scheduling, problem-solving and relationship building. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she double majored in marketing and decision sciences. Originally from Ohio, Angela has called New Jersey home since graduating from college and has lived in Harding Township, Basking Ridge and Morris Township, where she currently resides. Her two children attend Madison Public Schools, and family life includes her partner and his three children, two dogs and a flock of backyard chickens. She enjoys supporting her children's many sports, including ice hockey, lacrosse, skiing and cross country, as well as camping, fishing, cooking, gardening and spending time outdoors.
