Mr Tanen was incredible. He guided me through the process of selling my house. Andrew helped me stage the house. Helped me with tips on how to make the house more desirable for buyers. Knows the local market very well. Andrew is a numbers guy and any suggestion he has its backed up by data. The guy is awesome OK!!!. Highly recommended
