From Day 1 when I first met Andrew, his professional demeanor, advice, suggestions and assistance in every step of the marketing and closing processes was superb. He was always available and "on top" of all that was going on which was a lot! He calmly guided me through every big and little glitch (having nothing to do with him or Jameson Sotheby's). His knowledge of the real estate market for a coop apartment such as mine is excellent. His pricing strategy was perfect in that, I got the sale price I was hoping for. His attention to details was very beneficial. Plus, he is a very friendly and personable fellow. Five stars is not enough!
