Andrei Peresunko is absolutely incredible in his work, he's very professional and passionate about achieving the best results for his clients. He's not pushy, yet very proactive, very patient and overall great personality. Andrei advised us on the areas and communities, always pointed if there was any distraction like electrical station, railway or shopping plaza that could potentially impact our living or property's price in future. He was always accessible, ready to answer our questions and concerns, getting showings for us even when it was next to impossible (due to the Seller who changed his mind on selling the property or whatever reason). Not to mention, Andrei's attentiveness to details, not just regarding the condition of the property and neighborhood but also to our personal tastes and preferences, noticing what's important to us and accommodating those (changing) needs. I also appreciate Andrei's patience to our couple that had different expectations on our first home purchase, he balanced our both values and made it work ).
