The entire process of getting into our new dream home, from start to finish, happened in only 6 weeks. Needless to say, the stress level for us was kind of off the charts. But Andrea is not only the consummate professional, she is also one of the kindest, most sincere people we’ve ever known. She talked me down off many a ledge through the experience, and answered every question we had with patience, humor and alacrity. Her expertise and knowledge were obvious from the get-go, and she guided us through the experience with a level of ease that was impressive, and for me, unexpected. I’ve long maintained that buying/selling a home is an almost criminally complicated process, but Andrea completely changed my perception. She made each step make sense, and her brilliant and compassionate navigation gave both Mark and I the confidence to expect nothing but a grand success. And we both believe that selling our home in Lake Stevens for well over asking in less than a week was largely due to Andrea and her unabashed enthusiasm and appreciation for what we had created there. We could not have been in better, or more magical hands. Andrea will forever be our real estate wizard, and we will eagerly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. The whole Windermere team is exceptional, and we are so grateful! Mark and Michele Cardon
