Andre was the best realtor we could have gotten, to navigate the housing market in the USA - a completely unexplored territory for us, newcomer foreigners. He was always available to show the houses and to respond to the many questions we had, and (our favorite part) he always proactively listed the pros and cons of each of the dozens of houses we visited, based on all the variables involved. He also has a very pragmatic style, for instance organizing optimal day tours throughout houses and listing the features of each in really great executive-summary style spreadsheets, so we could easily remember and compare. Additionally, he is a really nice and pleasant person. He was able to find us the perfect home for us to move in with our family of four (plus a dog!) and we are living this dream now. I highly recommend Andre as a realtor to any person who is looking for a house.
