We bought in a building that was being converted by a sponsor. It was an atypical and complex transaction. Amy kept us well-informed throughout but also educated us about the process and timelines, so nothing was a surprise. She did all of the heavy lifting in a professional way. She also is an asset in that she has a pulse on what is going on in our neighborhood and Brooklyn in general.
