We highly recommend Amy Hackman as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. We were comfortable in our home but realized that we wanted a larger home to accommodate our growing family. Additionally, we wanted to work with someone who was enthusiastic, hard working and super friendly. Amy Hackman was exactly what we were looking for. When we initially met with Amy, we provided her with our budget limitations and the specifications of what we wanted in our new home. One of the qualifications was a house with an elevator. She is well connected in the community where we wanted to live and found us several houses that were possibilities. She didn’t waste our time in showing us homes that did not meet the specifications that were discussed at our initial meeting. Since inventory was limited, Amy jumped on a house that fit exactly what we were looking for. She was very patient and showed us the house several times, to make sure we were very comfortable in making an offer. During the negotiation process, Amy was very savvy and diligent. The sellers were a little difficult, but Amy with her professional prowess was able to execute a deal where both sides were happy. Amy is a highly attentive real estate agent. She treats you as if you are her only client, which of course is not the case. Amy returns all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. We highly recommend Amy Hackman to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is hands down the best in the business and if we ever need to move again, she will be our first choice in real estate agents.
