We worked directly with Sam Spencer for 5 months looking for the right fit near downtown Bozeman. Sam is a great broker, knowledgeable, personable, and always available to help any way he can. We saw lots of great properties and found one we loved. Great communication during the negotiation phase and great advice. I would give Sam six stars if I could. Thanks Sam!
