We were fortunate the people who put bought our home found it on line. Amber offered to show them the home with their realtor not being available, but their realtor did not accept her offer. They were relieved the home was still available 1 week later for the open house. They loved it, and made an offer that day. Amber contacted us by early evening. Prompt communication was very appreciated.
