Buying a house in Heritage Hunt is not an easy task, especially because of the great interest in this community. It is even harder if a buyer has any contingencies. But we were lucky to have Amanda to guide us through this delicate, arcane process. Amanda was extremely responsive to our needs, and she skillfully negotiated the deal. It was obvious that she has a deep fund of knowledge and experience. She found a house that she knew we would like, but we rejected her suggestion twice because we thought she was talking about another house. However, she did not give up, and as they say “the third time is a charm,” and our offer was accepted.  V M
