Allan Congo was a pleasure to work with through our purchase and sale. He has vast knowledge of all things real estate, especially our local market. He priced our home accurately resulting in a quick, smooth sale. And gave us so much valuable advice when deciding how to go about purchasing our new home, which also ended successfully. He is a hard worker, he goes above and beyond any reasonable expectations. He kept up communication with us on a daily basis before, during and after our purchase/sale to keep us informed and help us stay positive and excited. Having an honest, patient, personable and caring broker was wonderful. We never felt rushed or pressured while working with him. We always felt we were his #1 priority. We have already been referring family and friends to him. He is trustworthy, competent and friendly. He is always out for his clients best interests and strives to make everyone as happy and content as possible. Allan is a fantastic broker and we would 100% work with him again in the future. We are grateful for the efforts he made for us.
