Alice is the perfect mix of concern and professionalism. She deeply cares about finding the perfect house for every resident in the home, visiting guests and our beloved pets. Because I truly loved every house in Shreveport, Alice became very protective of what could have been a decision based on nostalgia and emotion. I felt like she had my back the entire process which took me 10 years to actually be ready to move home to Shreveport. Not only was Alice very understanding and patient with me, she made it all fun! She has a wonderful laugh and sense of humor. She instantly feels like a lifelong friend. My husband loved her communication skills, her efficiency, strong work ethic and positive spirit! We are thrilled with our house and feel so blessed and grateful for ALICE!
