Alice is such a GEM! I could not have gone through the process of selling & buying without her expertise, support, care, kindness, honesty, and sense of humor. Alice was by my side every step of the way, which I appreciate so much. She feels like family and truly cares about her clients. I can't recommend Alice and Pelican enough!
