Alice is an excellent agent who provided stellar professional services. She knows the market and made valuable recommendations that got the property sold much faster than we imagined. She has a wealth of knowledge and resources regarding the local market including people to provide needed repairs or work on the home in a timely fashion. Selling a home while living in another location over a thousand miles away can be very stressful, but Alice truly allayed our concerns. She was present in the process from the beginning to the end. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a thorough professional.
