WHETHER YOU’RE LOOKING FOR PROPERTY OR A PLACE TO CALL HOME, HELPING PEOPLE IS WHAT ALICE DOES BEST. “I just try to do the best I can for them. It doesn’t matter if we have to look at more properties, as long as they’re happy.” A REALTOR ® with that perspective is often hard to come by, but clients need look no further than Alice Bush, a licensed Southeastern Wisconsin REALTOR ® with over 30 years of experience in Ozaukee and Milwaukee Counties and surrounding areas. It’s important that when I’m helping a client find a new home, that I understand their needs and lifestyle. What city do you work in? Where do your kids go to school? Where do you attend religious services? With all the pieces of the puzzle in place regarding your life, I’ll be able to find you a house that you can call a home. Whether it means simply listening to everything you have in mind, actually picking up the phone and talking instead of relying on emails, or anything else, making you happy is of my utmost concern. When I was young those around me nicknamed me a duck, because I looked smooth on the surface, but was paddling and working as hard as I could underneath. That is still my belief of how to be a professional REALTOR ®. I will work as hard as possible to make your dreams a reality. I believe in communication and understanding your needs, whether it means listening closely, picking up the phone and having a conversation, or talking through emails and digital communication. In listing your home, I will be available to you to answer questions or address concerns. My assistant, Liz Holter, has been with me for many years, and you would be working with a two-for-one team with us. At Realty Executives Integrity, I have the freedom and independence to make the best business decisions for both of us. The bottom line is…your satisfaction is important to me. A former client once told me that she hadn’t realized what working with a REALTOR ® was supposed to be like until she and I worked together. I am willing to be flexible and cooperative when helping every client. Another REALTOR ® once said that if I’m on the other side of a deal, they have confidence knowing it will be handled professionally and very well.
