Alex is absolutely fantastic! I hired her to help find tenants for a house in Atlantic Highlands. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help tie up loose ends after a lengthy renovation in order to get the house ready for rental. Her pricing recommendations were spot on and and she brought in several strong, qualified offers. I will definitely use her again in the future for both rentals and sales/purchases.
