Alan May is an outstanding real estate broker. I had an exceptional experience with him this summer when he handled the sale of a condo for me. I highly recommend him. He did excellent research on comparable sales, set the asking price appropriately and is a great negotiator. He handled the inspection and closing issues efficiently, which made the entire transaction go smoothly.
