Adam Steenken is smart, kind and honest. He researched properties similar to ours and steered us to the right asking price. He understood what was hard for us and supported us throughout offers and counteroffers. He explained the process in detail and never seemed to mind questions. Since selling our property, we have moved to another state and dealt with lots of properties and different realtors. There were several times that I wished I could have called Adam and asked his advice. Adam is a strong professional and a genuinely good person.
