Abigail Davis is a Broker Associate and luxury real estate advisor with Corcoran Reverie, specializing in WaterSound Beach, WaterSound Camp Creek, Inlet Beach, Seacrest, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach, and the greater Scenic Highway 30A corridor. She advises buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and out-of-state clients across luxury homes, new construction, Gulf-front property, second homes, planned communities, and strategic coastal investments. Known for her highly educational and deeply personalized approach, Abigail helps clients evaluate far more than a property’s appearance. She provides thoughtful guidance on pricing, negotiation, rental potential, community amenities, construction quality, long-term value, and how a home may support a client’s lifestyle, investment portfolio, or family legacy. Her work is grounded in responsive communication, careful listening, polished marketing, and the white-glove service required for complex coastal real estate decisions. Abigail’s perspective is shaped by a career spanning real estate, marketing, vacation rentals, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. Before entering real estate, she owned a boutique marketing firm and a wedding coordination business and managed operations for a luxury beach concierge company. That experience strengthened her ability to manage details, anticipate client needs, market distinctive properties, and create a seamless experience from first conversation through closing. Construction is also an important part of Abigail’s expertise. Raised in a family connected to real estate and building, she has personally navigated the process of building her own home. Her husband is a civil engineer and general contractor, giving her an informed understanding of builders, homesites, planning, design, and the questions buyers should ask when evaluating new construction along Florida’s Emerald Coast. Her commitment to education is reflected in a distinguished collection of professional credentials. Abigail holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation, Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist certification, Pricing Strategy Advisor certification, Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation, and the National Association of REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence endorsement. She is also a graduate of the Ninja Selling program. At Corcoran Reverie, Abigail serves as Director of Mentorship and is a member of the brokerage’s New Development Team. In these roles, she helps elevate professional standards, guides developing agents, and contributes strategic marketing and sales insight to new residential opportunities. Having spent part of her childhood in Peru as the daughter of missionaries, Abigail developed an early appreciation for culture, service, human connection, and the many ways people define home. Today, she brings that perspective to clients seeking a primary residence, second home, investment property, new-construction opportunity, or lasting place for generations to gather. For Abigail, a successful transaction is not simply a closing. It is the beginning of a trusted real estate partnership built to serve clients, their families, and the people they refer for years to come.
