Update to my first review:Kayla Fikany had a *really* difficult 7 months with our crazy, confusing transactions. She dealt with a ridiculous number of contract amendments in a complex and frustrating situation. She persevered and guided us to the eventual closings on our old home and our new home on the same day. Thanks to Kayla (who is really funny, by the way), I’m deliriously happy in my new downsized home. I’m where I’m supposed to be. Finally. Thank you for not giving up on us, Kayla!2021:We’ve been working with Kayla since we first decided to make the move to Las Cruces from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. Doing all of those home tours on Zoom projected onto our big TV at home must have been irritating for her, but she was professional, friendly, and kind every step of the way. She’s also really funny and has a fantastic laugh! We moved into our new home last night. I’m sitting here surrounded by boxes, and looking forward to exploring our new home and surroundings in New Mexico. We want to thank Kayla for all of her hard work and dedication to getting us into a home. Oh, and she was kind enough to thoughtfully pick out a welcome gift for each of us at closing that genuinely was exactly what we needed and wanted. I think she’s psychic, but I *know* she’s a hard worker who’ll work just as hard for you!
