David is patient, passionate, well-informed, and works hard for you. He listens well and is quick to respond, an outstanding communicator. Most importantly, I trusted him to guide my partner and I through our first home buying experience and he delivered well. We trusted him a few years later to help us sell our first home and he again demonstrated his reliability and professionalism.
