I had an amazing experience buying my house with Rick. I had seen the listing for 101 East St. and sent an inquiry in to set up a showing. Rick reached out to me to make that happen. During the entire process he was incredibly knowledgable. During the showing he was diligent to point out things I should know. Like extending a down spout so it directs the water farther away from the house and not to a window in the basement. When I decided to put in an offer he worked with my banker and I to help me put a competitive offer in. As I was signing the documents he went over everything with me so that I understood it. I felt very confident in what I was doing thanks to Rick. Once my offer was accepted he recommended a wonderful inspector to do the home inspection. There was one little hiccup a week before, on the sellers end. Where a document needed to be signed by several people and potentially would have moved the signing date back. He worked hard and made sure it was taken care of so the signing date stayed the same. Everything went so well, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Rick went above and beyond and I'm so thankful for everything he did for me. I will highly recommend him to anyone who I hear is selling or buying a property.
